What is AAYUDH ?
The Sanskrit Word 'AAYUDH' means Weapons, held in divine regards by the Sikhs.
This Project was started in August 2018, the main purpose being funding local Seva/Charitable projects such as Gurmat camps, Santhya classes, Parchar, Katha etc and other community projects such as Clothes/Food banks done annually. Those that know us can vouch for this, and know that no profit whatsoever is kept for personal gain
The principles upon which AAYUDH was founded;
1. To provide donations for ongoing local Sevas/Charitable projects and Gurmat Projects.
2. To provide authentic pieces to those who have limited knowledge of Arms/Shastar
3. To counteract the ongoing exploitative nature of those that currently sell Arms/Shastar.
We now have expanded into creating informative content explaining the warrior ethos of the Sikhs and spreading knowledge of Weapons and their history and heritage
My thanks to those that have supported this project and to all those reading this, please help revolutionise the way we treat Shastar something that our Gurus have held in such a pure and Godly esteem.
Share and support.
